Natalie qualified with Honours from Glasgow University Veterinary School in 2009. Originally from Gourock; Natalie greatly enjoyed studying in Glasgow and since graduating she has worked in small animal practice around the Glasgow area.

Natalie knew from an early age that she wanted to be a Vet, her particular interest in ophthalmology was fostered as a teenager when her pet toy Poodle, Pepsi suffered from a number of eye conditions. “My family and I took Pepsi to see a number of vets including specialist Veterinary ophthalmologists; that experience had a great impact on my decision to be a vet”.  Ophthalmology is not only an area in which Natalie has an interest but she is planning to undertake further study and gain additional veterinary qualifications in that field.

In her spare time Natalie is kept busy with her young Hungarian Vizsla dog, Riley. She also enjoys cooking and can frequently be found in the kitchen trying out new recipes, “my latest recipe book  about Chinese Food so at the moment I am mainly experimenting with that!”

We are delighted to have Natalie on board and our clients have already felt the benefit of her particular interest in ophthalmology!
